International Talents Outreach (ITO) is a nonprofit empowering African communities through arts and cultural preservation, human capacity development, talent promotion, and anti-drug abuse campaigns. By fostering skills training, entrepreneurship, ITO addresses unemployment, crime, and low self-esteem, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (UNDP, 2023; UNESCO, 2023). The integration of arts and culture into development initiatives has shown to reduce poverty by fostering economic growth, social inclusion and community development (De Beukelaer, 2015; Williams, 2017). Research shows skill-based interventions reduce poverty and improve GDP (World Bank, 2022), while community-led rehabilitation programs enhance drug abuse recovery (WHO, 2021). ITO’s grassroots approach ensures sustainability, echoing African communal values (Mbiti, 2019). Together, we rebuild integrity, innovation, and self-reliance.
Different groups are curious about the brain behind the idea of this organisation. They therefore become appreciative and grateful for the impact they have experienced in their communities through this NGO.
To attain our mandates, we partner or work with Institutions, Schools, Agencies, NGOs, CBOs and other Organisations that work in line with our views.
